Hyderabad, March 14 -- An undertrial prisoner in Nizamabad police custody died under suspicious circumstances, leading to protests by his family at Nizamabad Government Hospital. The deceased's relatives accused the police of foul play and staged a sit-in at the hospital.



On receiving information, Nizamabad ACP Raja Venkata Reddy arrived at the hospital and assured the family of a fair investigation. He promised to provide them with all details of the case.
