India, May 29 -- Indian Railways has issued an order saying Travelling Ticket Examiners (TTEs) will wear masks, PPEs and gloves, instead of black coats and ties due to coronavirus pandemic. They will carry magnifying glass to verify details of passengers without touching the tickets. The new norm will come into effect from June 1 when the 100 pairs of special trains begin operations.
