Hyderabad, April 17 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Mahesh Kumar Goud has challenged BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao to a public debate on the sale of government land during the previous BRS regime, particularly involving land belonging to the University of Hyderabad (HCU). Speaking at a press conference, Goud said he was prepared for a debate moderated by journalists and questioned whether KTR had the courage to participate. He accused the BRS leadership of large-scale land sales around Hyderabad during their tenure and said KTR had no moral ground to comment on the HCU land issue.
