Hyderabad, March 3 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Mahesh Kumar Goud has accused Union Ministers from the state of obstructing its development.



Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, he alleged that Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy was deliberately creating hurdles in Telangana's progress and frequently speaking against the state. He also accused Reddy of secretly collaborating with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).
