Hyderabad, Feb. 13 -- BRS MLA Kadiyam Srihari stated that the previous BRS government had prevented the Centre from encroaching on Telangana river waters for the last decade. However, the newly elected Congress government has handed over the rivers' management to the Krishna and Godavari river water boards in just two months. He expressed his party's concern over this decision, which could hurt Telangana farmers.
