Telangana supplying uninterrupted power despite record demand: Dy CM Bhatti Vikramarka
Hyderabad, May 17 -- Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Saturday claimed that Telangana is ensuring uninterrupted power supply as per demand a feat that, he said, was never achieved even in united Andhra Pradesh. Addressing a review meeting at the IDOC office in Kothagudem district after inaugurating various developmental works along with Minister T. Nageshwar Rao, Bhatti said the State recorded one of the highest-ever power demands during this summer. He highlighted that in March this year, the power demand touched 17,162 MW, yet supply continued without disruption.
