Hyderabad, Feb. 7 -- The Telangana government is resuming the 'Bhavan Satellite Survey' to ensure accurate property registration within all municipal corporations and municipalities. The survey, which had been stalled for some time, aims to use satellite imaging and ground-level inspections to record detailed property information.
Officials will verify the actual area of properties, based on which property tax will be reassessed. Each property will be assigned a unique 10-digit Property Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
