Hyderabad, Feb. 19 -- The Telangana High Court granted relief to former minister Harish Rao and former Special Intelligence Bureau (SIB) chief Radhakishan Rao on Wednesday in a phone tapping case registered at Panjagutta police station. The court stayed the investigation into the case and directed the police not to take any action until the next hearing.



The case was filed based on a complaint by local Congress leader Chakradhar Goud from Siddipet, who accused Harish Rao and Radhakishan Rao of phone tapping. Following the complaint, Panjagutta police registered a case under multiple sections. As part of the investigation, the police had also arrested a computer operator working for Harish Rao.
