Hyderabad, Feb. 12 -- The Telangana government will conduct a resurvey of households that were unable to participate in the recent caste census starting from 16 February, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka announced on Wednesday. He stated that approximately 3% of families had been left out, and the resurvey would ensure comprehensive data collection.



Vikramarka emphasised that the caste census was carried out meticulously and scientifically to address disparities and ensure educational, political, and social reservations for backward and marginalised communities.
