Hyderabad, March 19 -- The Telangana Assembly session was adjourned till Friday following the presentation of the state budget. Speaker G. Prasad Kumar announced that the House would reconvene at 10 AM on Friday.
Earlier in the day, Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka presented the budget at 11:10 AM and delivered his speech for one hour and 43 minutes. The proposed budget amounts to Rs 3,04,965 crore, including Rs 2,26,982 crore for estimated revenue expenditure and Rs 36,504 crore for capital expenditure.
