Hyderabad, Feb. 5 -- Another hearing regarding the Enforcement Directorate summons to BRS MLC Kavitha took place in the Supreme Court on Monday.
Kavitha's lawyer, Kapil Sibal, requested the conclusion of the final investigation. A bench comprising Justice Bela M Trivedi and Justice Pankaj Mittal adjourned the hearing to the 16th of this month, stating that orders and records issued in different cases needed examination. It was noted that in the previous hearing, the petition was associated with the cases of Nalini Chidambaram and Abhishek Banerjee.
