Hyderabad, June 21 -- Telangana Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Saturday said that Rs 9 crore was released on Saturday under the Rythu Bharosa scheme, continuing the Congress Government's efforts to provide timely financial assistance to farmers.
Speaking to the media, the Minister said that in the last six days alone, Rs 7,770.83 crore had been deposited directly into the accounts of farmers across the State. He claimed this reflected the government's commitment to farmers' welfare through swift fund disbursement.
