India, April 14 -- Tension gripped the Dabirpura area of the Old City late last night after a 29-year-old rowdy-sheeter, Mohammad Masiuddin, was brutally murdered in public just three days before his wedding.



According to police, Masiuddin, a resident of Falaknuma, had gone to Dabirpura in a four-wheeler around 1 am to distribute wedding invitation cards. As he reached near the Dabirpura flyover, unidentified assailants intercepted his vehicle. When he stepped out to speak to them, two attackers held him while others stabbed him multiple times with knives.



Mirchowk ACP N Venkateshwar Rao said the attackers inflicted more than nine stab wounds on Masiuddin's face, neck, abdomen, and other parts, resulting in his immediate death. The ...
