Hyderabad, April 24 -- The Congress party has strongly condemned Prime Minister Narendra Modi for falsely accusing it of snatching the quota for SCs and STs and handing it over to the minorities.
Congress senior leader and Advisor to Telangana Government (SC, ST, BC & Minorities) Mohammed Ali Shabbir said that PM Modi was either totally ignorant or openly lying about the 4% reservation given to socially and economically backward Muslim groups in the undivided Andhra Pradesh in 2004 by the then Congress Government headed by Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajashekhara Reddy.
