India, April 8 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally enquired about the health of Mark Shankar, the younger son of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, who sustained burn injuries in a fire accident at a school in Singapore.
Sources said the Prime Minister spoke to Pawan Kalyan over the phone to get updates on Mark Shankar's condition. The Deputy Chief Minister was in Manyam district on an official visit when the call was received.
Following the conversation, Pawan Kalyan left for Singapore from Visakhapatnam on a special flight to be with his son.
