India, April 15 -- Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, announced that the state government has disbursed over 21,000 crore in loans to women's self-help groups (SHGs) as part of its commitment to women empowerment. He stated that the goal is to make over one crore women in the state financially self-reliant and successful.



Speaking as the chief guest at the 'Stree Summit 2.0' organised by the Hyderabad City Security Council at Hotel Taj Deccan, Vikramarka emphasised that the summit represents not just dialogue, but a vision of equality, respect, and empowerment for women across all sectors.
