Hyderabad, April 26 -- Osmania University marked its 108th Foundation Day with a grand ceremony held at the Tagore Auditorium. The event began with a two-minute silence in memory of the victims of the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir. The celebrations were officially inaugurated by Dr K. Kishore Rao, Adviser to the State Government.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Kishore Rao stressed the need for the university to achieve further success in education and research. He stated that Osmania University could play a crucial role in building a modern Telangana.
