Hyderabad, Feb. 18 -- A baby has gone missing from the Mata Shishu Rakshakan Centre in Karimnagar on Sunday.
A pregnant woman named Nirmala from Bauppet of Kothapally Mandal in Karimnagar district was admitted to the hospital three days ago as she was expecting a child. She gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday morning. Nirmala's husband, Manoj Ram, left a relative with the toddler and went out. When he returned, the baby was nowhere to be found. The couple filed a complaint with the police, who are investigating the case.
Fortunately, CCTV footage in front of the hospital captured a woman carrying a toddler, so the police are investigating based on that footage.
