Hyderabad, March 14 -- National President of the BC Welfare Association and Rajya Sabha MP R. Krishnaiah has warned the Telangana government against auctioning 400 acres of University of Hyderabad land in Gachibowli.
At a meeting held in Kachiguda, chaired by All India OBC Students Association National President G. Kiran Kumar, student leaders decided to launch a public movement against the proposed sale. Addressing the gathering, Krishnaiah stated that the Revanth Reddy-led government has no right to sell public assets. He also issued a stern warning to those planning to purchase the university land.
