Hyderabad, Feb. 17 -- Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Capt N Uttam Kumar Reddy participated in the Peddagattu Jatara at Durajpally in Suryapet district on Monday, offering prayers at the Lingamantula Swamy temple and taking part in the religious rituals. Later, he reviewed the extensive arrangements made for the smooth conduct of the grand festival and assured devotees that all necessary facilities were in place.
