India, June 30 -- BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar described the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as an anti-Backward Classes party, criticising its leadership for denying key positions to BC leaders.
In a post on social media platform X, the Minister pointed out that several senior leaders from backward communities, including three MPs, were fully eligible to become the Telangana BJP president, yet the post was allotted to an upper-caste leader, N. Ramchander Rao.
