Hyderabad, April 14 -- Dr MCR HRD Institute of Telangana will roll out the first-ever Foundation Course (FC) in India for Group A Officers (Probationers) of Military Engineering Service (MES), sponsored by Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The foundation course, with a duration of 14-weeks, is the largest chunk of the of the 40-week Induction Training Program, being attended by the Probationers at 11 training establishments from across the country. The FC will be inaugurated on April 15th with Major Gen.
