Hyderabad, Feb. 12 -- Rajya Sabha MP and BC Welfare Association President R Krishnaiah has demanded that the Telangana government immediately implement the Kamareddy BC Declaration, which promises various welfare measures for the BC community.
Addressing the media on Wednesday, he urged the Congress-led government to fulfil its electoral commitments without further delay.
Krishnaiah stated that the declaration, made during the elections, assured key benefits, including increased reservations, financial aid, and dedicated welfare schemes for BCs. He criticised the ruling party for its inaction and warned that neglecting the BC community's demands could have political consequences.
