Hyderabad, Feb. 8 -- Union Minister and Telangana BJP president Kishan Reddy announced that if BJP comes to power in the state, it will eliminate the "Muslim BC" category. He accused the Congress government of misleading backward communities by dividing them into Hindu BC and Muslim BC classifications.



Speaking at a BJP meeting at Golconda Hotel, he criticised the Congress for not fulfilling promises made to employees, youth, and backward communities. He asserted that the BJP's victory in Delhi after 26 years indicated a positive trend for the party in South India. He claimed that BJP would soon form governments in Karnataka and Telangana.
