Hyderabad, March 10 -- BRS working president K T Rama Rao confirmed that party president and Leader of Opposition K Chandrashekar Rao will attend the Assembly Budget Session starting Wednesday. He stated that KCR will be present during the Governor's address on the first day of the session and will continue to participate in further proceedings.
Speaking informally to the media after BRS candidate Dr Shravan filed his nomination, KTR said that as a son, he personally felt KCR should avoid attending the session. He claimed that the ruling Congress lacks the ability to counter KCR effectively and that the Assembly proceedings would be filled with meaningless speeches by Congress ministers and MLAs.
