Hyderabad, Feb. 19 -- Former Chief Minister and BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao visited the Secunderabad Regional Passport Office on Wednesday to renew his passport.

According to BRS sources, as part of the renewal process, Chandrashekar Rao went directly from his Erravelli farmhouse to the passport office. After completing all formalities, he proceeded to Telangana Bhavan, where he addressed a meeting of party leaders and workers.

It is reported that Chandrashekar Rao is planning to visit the United States next month, where his grandson Himanshu resides. Party sources revealed that KCR intends to spend some time with his grandson, which is why he renewed his passport.
