Hyderabad, March 12 -- On the first day of the Telangana Assembly's budget session, former Chief Minister and BRS president K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) attended the proceedings after a long absence. A notable incident took place when Congress MLA G Mahipal Reddy, who had previously defected from BRS, visited KCR in his chamber.
Mahipal Reddy's unexpected arrival surprised BRS legislators. However, sources revealed that he met KCR to personally invite him to his nephew's wedding. He handed over the invitation and requested KCR's presence at the event along with his family.
