Hyderabad, April 11 -- The Telangana government has announced the appointment of Justice Shamim Akther as the new Chairman of the Telangana State Human Rights Commission (TSHRC). The official orders were issued on Friday.
Alongside the Chairman, two new members - Shivadi Praveen and B. Kishore - have also been appointed to the Commission. The appointments have been made as part of the government's efforts to strengthen the functioning of the human rights body.
Justice Shamim Akther is a respected former judge with decades of experience in judicial service. He is known for his integrity and dedication to upholding justice
