Hyderabad, July 28 -- Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkatreddy on Sunday paid rich tributes to former Union Minister S. Jaipal Reddy on his sixth death anniversary, describing him as one of the finest parliamentarians India has ever produced and a towering figure in Indian politics who played a crucial role in the formation of Telangana state.
The Minister participated in a memorial event held at 'Spoorthi Sthal' on PV Narasimha Rao Marg (Necklace Road), where he, along with former Union Minister Pallam Raju, unveiled a book chronicling Jaipal Reddy's political journey and struggles.
