India, May 24 -- Telangana Housing and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Saturday assured that no eligible beneficiary will be left out of the Indiramma Housing Scheme.

Speaking at a foundation stone-laying ceremony for a BT road worth 2.8 crore in Pocharam village, Khammam district, he said those who did not receive houses in the first phase should not be disappointed, as the second phase will cover all remaining eligible families.

The Minister said the Congress government is continuing welfare schemes launched by the previous administration while also introducing several new initiatives. Criticising the previous BRS government, he said it failed to issue even a single new ration card during its 10-year rule.
