India, July 9 -- Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) president Jagan Mohan Rao was arrested on Wednesday by CID officials based on a vigilance report related to irregularities in IPL ticketing. Sources said he allegedly threatened the management of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), demanding 20% free tickets.

When SRH refused, Jagan Mohan Rao reportedly locked the VIP gallery during a match. Following government intervention, a vigilance probe was ordered, which led to a formal case and his subsequent arrest.
