Hyderabad, July 16 -- The Telangana High Court has directed the Chapalaparthy Gram Panchayat in Narsapur mandal of Medak district to submit details of permissions granted and the layout developed on 112 acres of high-value land, reportedly worth hundreds of crores.



The court issued a notice to the Gram Panchayat during a hearing on a petition filed by Ashok and others, who alleged illegal entries and unauthorised development on land located in Survey Nos. 58/1 to 5,12 and 59/30, 31, 32, 40 of Chapalaparthy village.
