Hyderabad, March 22 -- A sharp verbal exchange took place in the Telangana Assembly between Panchayat Raj Minister D. Seethakka and BRS MLA P. Kaushik Reddy over issues related to farmers, including loan waivers and paddy bonus payments.



Reddy criticised the government for failing to address farmers' problems and alleged delays in providing bonuses on fine variety paddy. Responding strongly, Minister Seethakka said her lifestyle was entirely different from that of the MLA and asserted that she spends 24 hours in her constituency, addressing public grievances-a commitment she claimed Reddy could not match.
