Hyderabad, Oct. 21 -- The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has come up with the Comprehensive Road Maintenance (CRM) program to improve the maintenance of roads in the city.
Municipal Administration & Urban Development Minister K. Tarakarama Rao chaired a review meeting today along with Mayor Bonthu Ram Mohan at Secretariat. During the meeting, Minister KTR talked about the Comprehensive Road Maintenance (CRM) program and its importance.
Earlier, laying of new roads, identifying damaged roads, filling of potholes, making estimations and allocation of works were taken care of by different wings under the GHMC, which led to coordination challenges.
