Hyderabad, May 16 -- Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed electricity department officials to modernise the power supply system across Telangana, starting with the upcoming Future City project. He instructed that the entire power network in the city be laid underground, with no overhead towers, poles, or visible power lines. During a review meeting with electricity officials at his Jubilee Hills residence on Friday, the Chief Minister emphasised that even high-tension lines should be placed at safe, concealed locations.
