Hyderabad, Feb. 10 -- Former Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Radha Kishore Rao has filed an anticipatory bail plea in the Telangana High Court to avoid arrest in the phone tapping case. The court accepted his petition and heard the matter today.
The case has intensified after Congress leader Chakradhar Goud from Siddipet lodged a complaint with the Panjagutta police in Hyderabad. Following this, a case was registered against several individuals, including former minister and Siddipet MLA Harish Rao.
