Hyderabad, Jan. 19 -- Retired IAS officer and author Narendra Luther passed away here in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
With his active participation in Hyderabad's history and culture, Luther had carved a niche for himself and was also interested in conservation activities that played a key role in the Society to Save Rocks.
His final rites took place at Vaikunta Mahaprasthanam, Whisper Valley, around 4pm.
In the meantime Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao condoled the demise of 89-year-old Narendra Luther. He recalled the services of Narendra Luther as a person working on the history and culture of the former state of Hyderabad and its rulers, as well as as the President of the Save Rocks Society, Hyderabad.
