India, April 21 -- Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu on Monday criticised the previous government for failing to provide adequate employment opportunities over the past decade, stating that only a select few benefitted from the statehood movement while the majority of the youth remained jobless.



Speaking at a large-scale job mela in Madhira mandal, the Deputy CM said the Congress-led government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, was committed to prioritising employment generation. He outlined a three-tier strategy to tackle unemployment and ensure inclusive growth.
