Hyderabad, May 29 -- A total of 169 new Coronavirus positive cases were registered in Telangana till 9 pm on Friday. Four deaths were also reported today which increased the death toll in the State due to Coronavirus to 71.
According to the Media Bulletin issued by Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, of 117 cases, as many as 100 new Coronavirus positive local cases were registered in the 24 hour period from 5 pm on Thursday to Friday. Of remaining 69 cases, 64 cases are of Deportees and five are of migrant workers.
Of 100 local cases, as many as 82 are from Greater Hyderabad, 14 from Ranga Reddy district and two each from Medak and Sanga Reddy districts.
