Hyderabad, April 25 -- Hyderabad DCC President & candidate from Hyderabad constituency Mohammed Waliullah Sameer emphasised that the Congress party's key focus for the upcoming elections would be development and change.
He spoke to the media after submitting the B-Form before the Returning Office at Hyderabad Collectorate on Thursday. He had already filed his nomination papers as a Congress candidate from the Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency on Tuesday.
