Hyderabad, March 22 -- The ruling Congress has imposed certain restrictions in the Telangana Legislative Assembly lobby in view of the ongoing Budget session. As per the new guidelines, media personnel and other individuals are not allowed to stand near the chambers of ministers.
Special marshals have been deployed outside each minister's chamber to enforce the restrictions. Despite holding lobby passes, some journalists are reportedly being denied entry into the lobby area, prompting them to gather near the ministers' chambers.
They were verbally instructed not to remain in those areas, as per the new protocol.
