Hyderabad, March 1 -- On the occasion of International Women's Day, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will launch four new schemes on 8 March.
Minister for Women and Child Welfare D Seethakka held a meeting regarding the event and later informed the media that a grand public gathering would be organised at Secunderabad Parade Ground, with an expected attendance of one lakh women.
During the event, the Chief Minister will announce several initiatives for women. The government will provide RTC buses for women's self-help groups, with 50 buses being allocated in the first phase.
