Hyderabad, Feb. 22 -- Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy held a high-level review meeting on Saturday to assess the ongoing rescue operations at the SLBC tunnel collapse site in Nagarkurnool district. Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, Irrigation Department Advisor Adityanath Das, and CM's Advisor Vem Narender Reddy attended the meeting.
Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy briefed the CM on the current situation and the progress of rescue efforts. The CM directed officials to speed up operations to safely evacuate the eight trapped workers and instructed that the best medical care be provided to the injured.
