Hyderabad, May 31 -- Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy held a high-level review meeting on the development and management of cow shelters in the state on Saturday. The meeting, attended by top officials, aimed to ensure proper care and protection of cattle.
The Chief Minister directed the authorities to constitute a committee to establish cow shelters and prepare an action plan within a stipulated time frame. He stressed that the shelters must facilitate easy protection and management of cattle.
In the first phase, the CM suggested establishing cow shelters within the premises of Veterinary University, colleges, Agriculture University, colleges, and temples. He instructed officials to identify suitable land for these shelters.
