CM Revanth Reddy asks officials to deal with illegal mining of sand and minerals with an "iron hand"

Hyderabad, March 1 -- Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy warned that the state government will deal with illegal mining and supply of sand and other minerals with iron hand. The Chief Minister asserted that stringent action against illegal mining is the only solution to generate more revenue.



The Chief Minister held a review of the Mining department at the ICCC on Saturday. The Mining department officials briefed the Chief Minister about the measures taken to curb illegal sand transport and generate more revenues for the last one month.
