Hyderabad, Feb. 25 -- The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing on the defection case of BRS MLAs to 4 March. A bench comprising Justice B R Gavai and Justice Vinod Chandran took up the petitions but postponed proceedings due to the absence of Mukul Rohatgi, who was representing the Telangana Assembly Secretary.



BRS working president K T Rama Rao filed the petition against MLAs Kaushik Reddy and Vivekananda, along with rebel legislators Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Sanjay Kumar, K Yadav, Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy, Prakash Goud, G Mahipal Reddy, A Gandhi, D Nagender, T Venkat Rao, and Kadiyam Srihari, accusing them of defecting to the Congress.



The Supreme Court has now clubbed all petitions related to this case for a joint hearing....
