Hyderabad, March 19 -- Telangana BJP floor leader A Maheshwar Reddy criticised the Congress government's budget, calling it misleading and inadequate for welfare and development. Speaking to the media after the budget presentation in the Assembly, he alleged that no welfare scheme or development project had been allocated sufficient funds.
He pointed out that the budget mainly focused on debts and mentioned Rs 36,000 crore for development projects. Questioning the feasibility of this allocation, he demanded that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka explain how Telangana could progress with such limited funding.
