India, June 27 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Nizamabad on 29 June, according to BJP sources. Shah is scheduled to arrive at Begumpet Airport from Delhi by a special aircraft at 1 pm on Sunday and will then proceed to Nizamabad by helicopter.
During the visit, he will inaugurate the Turmeric Board's headquarters in Nizamabad and later unveil a statue of senior leader and late father of Nizamabad MP D Arvind, D Srinivas.
In view of Amit Shah's visit, elaborate security arrangements have been made across Nizamabad city and the district.
