Hyderabad, March 5 -- The budget session of Telangana State Legislative Assembly and Council will begin from Friday.
Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan will address the joint session of Telangana Legislature on Friday at 11 am. This will be followed by the meeting of Business Advisory Councils to be chaired by Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy in Assembly and Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy in Council. The BACs will decide the duration of budget session and the primary agenda.
The Assembly and Council will take up the Motion of Thanks on Governor's Address on March 7. The annual budget for the financial year 2020-21 will be presented by Finance Minister T. Harish Rao in Assembly on March 8.
