Hyderabad, Feb. 28 -- The South Central Railway (SCR) on Friday announced that 40 railway stations across Telangana are being redeveloped under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme at a cost of Rs 2,737 crore to provide modern facilities for passengers.
According to an official statement, Warangal railway station, a key transportation hub, is among the stations selected for upgradation under this scheme. The station, known for its rich history and cultural significance, falls under the Secunderabad Division and is categorised as a Non-Suburban Grade-3 station.
